First: the music is Craig Armstrong - "Hanging" for slower part and "Escape" for falling Czar part.
Second: I didn't mean to slow down everything even if this video suggests it. Only death animations and Siegebots and maybe some other minor tweaks as well. But definitely not the same thing as slowing the "game speed" down.
Third: I made this during beta. Siegebots acceleration is already being tweaked due patches (even if max speed is not). Speed of falling Czar and stuff is tricky because they use game's simulation engine (which again affects projectiles and stuff).

The point of this video is to show how slowing down the death animation or movement speed of some units would make them feel more realistic.
In earth conditions Czar would drop from 500 meters in 10 seconds (calculated), not in 4 as it does in game
The sinking battleship is obvious. In real life it can take many hours for a ship of that size to sink. Or a minute if the whole bottom is ripped off. Anyway I made it sink in about 2 minutes which I believe looks better than 10 seconds it takes in game now.
The Siegebots are nearly 30 meter tall beasts that supposedly weights many many tonnes. Still they are running around like crazy. I slowed them down.
