Following the Supreme Court Judges unanimous decision to recuse themselves from hearing a matter of great importance, is it then possible for me, as Kenyan to recuse myself from paying taxes since I personally find it not worthwhile......at least for now because times are 'hard'???? Is this the precedent being set by the apex court??? .......Surely.........Judiciary needs a major scrutiny.
