ECP doesn't possess the authority to operate as an independent entity in relation to the Supreme Court of Pakistan and its rulings. This assertion is supported by legal precedents established by all courts in Pakistan and the historical context provided by the Pakistan Law Digest (PLD). There is no legal provision that grants the Speaker of the National Assembly the power to communicate directly with the Election Commission. Furthermore, the Speaker lacks the legal authority to send any messages to the Election Commission of Pakistan in a personal capacity. Additionally, the Election Commission is not permitted to disregard directives issued by the Supreme Court. Chief Justice Faiz Isa, who has faced criticism due to alleged corruption, also does not have the authority to alter or replace the decisions of the full bench of which he was a member.

Mian BBZ sahib Shaheed BB sahiba charter of democracy was signed in 2006 why it became necessary now in 2024. Only reason is that without this constitutional court you can not remain more in power suggested by establishment. Secondly there should be no 2 CJP of one supreme court.there is no reason to shed off pending cases then you please increase no of Judges sahiban. Why you have issued practice and procedural ordenance which was consist of 3most senior judges but you have given this power only to one CJP ,only because to make bench which may soft corner to govt. And a dangerous move to change law for those Assembly members to cross floor, members vote would be valid and he may not be de sested.why and what would indepedecy of a party.
