Su moto cases results in public activism, resulting in cases of public figure or highlighted by media, special attention, the rest doesn't matter and there is further risk of court becoming one of party in effect, thus loosing neutrality and because of which, it is ordinarily restricted to contempt, where court is victim, complainant.

He was overlooking MLA and MP cases in high court. It's his job to look into this and is not considered activism. The facts of the case are laughable at how bad it was handled. The case was happening in a different district where the judge asked for permission to fast track the case. Instead of providing a go ahead to fast track the case it was instead transferred to a completely different district and there it was closed within 3 days with a 200+ page judgement by a judge who was retiring in a month. This case was an example of brazen corruption.

in democracy country people have the power.but the judges activities seems to be against the natural justice.I can prove it in my case Armed forces tribunal, chennai.corruption lower judges and biased judges should be punished.we are not your slave and fools.your are not genius.your are only law implementation higher authorities.The honourable CJI Should mind it.
