Justice B.V.Nagarathna is the daughter of the former Chief Justice of India Mr. Justice Venkataramiah and D.Y.Chandrachud is the son of the former CJI Chandrachud. Now, Madam Nagarathna has made her father proud by her actions.

@@Trichambaram Most probably, CJI shown his dissatisfaction about the judgement given by Sri VR Krishna Ayyar about his judgement dt.16.9. 1976 about the case between UP government vs. Dr.Lalaisingh Yadav about the book Sachi Ramayan in Hindi, originally written by Periar as The True Reading of Ramayana. The bench consisting of Sri Ayyar,PN Bhagavati and Sri Syed Murtaja Fazil Ali ordered the UP government to return the books seized by UP government and unseal Yaday's press with costs of 300 rupees.
