दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को आखिरकार अंतरिम जमानत मिल गई - सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एक ऐतिहासिक आदेश की बदौलत जिसने आखिरकार निचली अदालत द्वारा दी गई उनकी जमानत पर रोक लगाने के दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के फैसले को खारिज कर दिया। वह एक ऐसे मामले में 90 दिनों तक सलाखों के पीछे रहे थे, जिसमें पैसों का दूर-दूर तक कोई सुराग नहीं था, जिसमें उन पर पीएमएलए के तहत प्रवर्तन निदेशालय द्वारा आरोप लगाया गया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के व्यापक निहितार्थ हैं जो अब स्पष्ट रूप से ईडी को आरोपी के खिलाफ प्रथम दृष्टया सबूत की आवश्यकता पर विचार किए बिना किसी को गिरफ्तार करने से रोकते हैं।
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal finally got interim bail - thanks to a landmark order by the Supreme Court which finally overruled the Delhi High Court decision to stay his bail granted by the lower court. He had been behind bars for 90 days without even a remote money trail in a case in which he was accused by the Enforcement Directorate under PMLA . The Supreme Court order has wider implications which now clearly restrain ED from arresting anyone without even considering the need for prima facie evidence against the accused.

At 10:44 and supreme court agar itna mahan hai to socho kaise kaise gande decisions diye hai supreme court ne previously like ews reservarion, ram mandir, arnab goswami case, no dates for 370 and all, etc. Itna bada court kaise aise kar sakta hai and kaise totally compromise ho sakta hai. This is such a big deal, all culprits should be strictly punished in future.
