Whatever maybe the intention of a man if women is allowing that man to have sex how it is considered as rape. Rape itself means forcefully sex. Rape is being very much generalized as if only men need sex not women this is insanity at its peak.

1. Ask your constitution that why it's like that muslim men in india are permitted to marry/have multiple women (without takin' divorce) whereas if a hindu man marries more than one woman then he'll get apprehended/arrested , 2.Ask your constitution that why it's like this it's a judgement/verdict of supreme court that has allowed muslim men to marry minor girls whereas if a hindu man marries a minor girl then he'll get arrested/handcuffed by cops under child marriage act , the question arises why child marriage act ain't applicable on muslim community, isn't this scam of the so called constitution they people boast 'round with insane intensity of madness & wildness without understandin' the fraud & scam which has done to hindus , the matter of fact that indian constitution is framed In such a way/manner to oppress 'em & infact some of it dialects (constitution) provokes/instigates genocide of Hindus , indian constitution is entirely biased & one sided which is inclined towards in the favor of muslims & christians 3. Another point which needed to be taken into consideration and must be highlighted that supreme court always tend to quote quranic & bible verses whenever there's matter of islam & christianity but when it's 'bout any matter related hindus they give verdict/judgement & decisions by quotin' constitution not hindu scriptures, it can be clearly seen enforcement & application & validation of constitution is only applicable to hindus but not to muslims & christians 😂
