When ever any justfied increasement is asked by Defense services. The Govt starts telling the total financial load falls on govt, but the Govt Never tells total financial load falls on increment for the IAS, IPS, Judges & MP MLA,s It is coolly implemented. No body talks about the total expense. This show all Executives & Administrative people are hands in Gloves. I

Dear sir .I was in iaf retired after 26 years of service in June 1986 as a group one now x group warrant officer .the basic pay was rs 1980 .pension was 70% of that amount rs 1388was awarded .records no orop talk now when the pension are fixed in 6 th CPC .civilian pension upgraded to 50%, and servicemen down graded to from 70% th 50% social justice they called it in pension equation .OK this justification of money value for retired personnel is not questioned but what is the rationale in talked louder word orop not accepted by govt .even by vested officers rank held men and others blind followers of not realising the structures in army .navy .and air forces .not able to really think about what ranks and trade .in three forces but equalised in pay structure .now everyone is always talk about orop and arrears .govt has not paid the da arrears for 18 months to any one .but spending Huge money on building statues .

MACP and Acp is wrongly explained. It should be the other way ie. 8,16&24 is MACP and 10, 20&30 is ACP.

हमे पता होता कि 15000 की सीमा पर 8.33% पेंशन फंड लेने के हिसाब से ही हमे 15000 को सिमा पर पेंशन गिनती होती तो हम इसे स्वीकारते नही उसकी जगह हम एक्च्युअल सेलरी पर फंड कटाते ओर लास्टके एक्च्युअल सेलरी पर ही पेंशन लेना स्वीकारते लेकिन epfo ने हमे कोई स्पष्टता दी ही नही ।

सर ये Rly के rety. कर्मचारियों के लिए भी होगी क्या? पापा की पेंशन उनके जूनियर की पेंशन से कम है जबकि पापा की सर्विस भी उनसे ज्यादा है। पापा 20O2 में सेवानिवृत्त हुए और बाकी लोग 2007-08 में हुए हैं पेंशन में लगभग 20 से 25 हजार का अंतर है।

One rank one pension is fallacy & can never be implemented even with same service formula because of the recruitment policy n conditions of given range of age like(20 to 25 as an example) separately for Officers JCOs n ORs with different procedure ( ie for officers Regular Short n emergency commission) Similarly JCO n OR getting recruited through Regiment Centres n recruitment boards, VRS n Premature retirement is almost the same n the individuals opt for one of the two before the terms of service he/she earlier signed at the time of joining service for personal reasons -- may be lack of promotion or lucrative position available in the civil services __ This has adverse effects on his/her colleagues mindset as well, One Rank One Pension there fore has to be modified by the Government to remain as close the term as possible keeping the national requirements including finances n national security in view,

Worthy veterans Sir, firstly: MGSS is not Chairmen of ESM Movement, heis Gen Secy. Secondly Down gradation of PBOR from 70 percent to 50 percent was done ✅ infavour Officers as they were getting only 30 percent pension as par with Civilians thus it was a clocking agenda beneficial for Officers 👮‍♂️ Thus now who will raise this anomaly to Govt infavour of very weaker PBOR/HCOs. Now you must recollect your self that in first OROP: Officers pension was increased more than 32 percent whereas PBOR/HCOs pension was increased only 02 to 09 percent per month since 1.7.14 as per recommendation of MGSS/Officers and now again this MGSS wants to repeat the same hidden agenda for benefits to Officers by awarding NFU (non functional upgradation)& 2.67 formula, So delayed play in issue of OROP tables at this chopse. Secondly: we 19xHCOs ex Rajasthan have supplicated in Prencipal Bench Delhi by Court Case OA-1691 with MA 1841 in 2018, recently we faced hearing on 05.07.2022 but Case could not be finalised because Govt/MOD has not forwarded written reply for reasoning of Down gradation to HCOs/PBOR (Sep to SM) economically in OROP-I & 7 th CPC, thus Court has given next hearing date on 06 Sep2022 and we fully prepareed and must win this Case because we have all correct data details from 1964 to 2018 inspite of it PBOR/HCOs not cooperating us but we must struggle for all veterans, Kindly inform to veterans for wide publicity please. Thanks please (CaptJagatSinghKatewa HCO) 2.9.22.

Sir, OROP should be applicable to all services but there is a condition that they will be retired within 40 yrs of age and they will have sign 24 hours duty and they will have to go Leh, kargil,drass and glacier. Para military service and all services is up to 60 yrs. You decide it which is better OROP or 60 yrs Decide your self what is beneficial for you.

शायद आप को ज्ञात हो OROP की मांग क्यूं और किनके लिए है। यह उन JCOs ORs के लिए है जो 35 से 45 वर्ष की आयु में रिटायर कर दिया जाता है।ना कि जो 58 से 60 वर्ष सर्विस पर रिटायर्ड होते हैं। बदकिस्मती यह है कि OROP का फायदा सैनिक अधिकारी वर्ग को दिया गया है जो 58 से 60 वर्ष सर्विस में रिटायर्ड होते हैं। जबकि यह OROP JCOs ORs के लिए मांगी गई थी। क्युकी उसके 35 से 45 वर्ष में रिटायर होने पर उनकी परिवारक परेशानी यह होती है कि बच्चों की पढ़ाई और शादी की जिम्मेदारी बाकी होती है। इस लिए सरकार से अनुरोध है कि बुजुर्ग पैंशनरों को JCOs ORs को ही OROP का फायदा दें । इस में कुशियारी कमेटी की भी यही रिपोर्ट है।
