Don't give her divorce, you also play mind game, let feel them the pain and you put demands from your side. Nothing happen in 498a and mc cases. If she claim maintenance then show the court about illigal relationship. After some time they will frustrated and if she marry again it will plus point for you. But men cont do anything, no legal remedies to save him from false cases accept to fight the cases for 10 years.even After he acquitted he cont file defamation case against women. please don't divert public with Useless guidelines which no court follows and not use for men.. still all laws are same no change in laws what is use of it?? just for saying or repeating some guidelines for so many times .. which are .all benefits for women even when she was false . why alimony / maintenance to women when she left or desert husband? when she was at her fault? she file false affidavit ? no action for doing this harassments. multiple false cases ? false allegation ?like attempt to murder , physical abuse, false DV ..etc if judicial system at least put some time bound limitation and strict action for filing false affidavit false allegations false counter cases multiple cases filing / disposal of cases on time after registration of cases with in time bound limit with out dragging it for years... then we may think or talk about that what s the use of this Guidelines all guidelines they are same as earlier what change we will see by these when no one follows in practical . and all are gender biased guidelines in favor of women u can see the guideline they are the same .as earlier
