This should be legalized in india. At the current rate same sex couples choose to live overseas and get married. As of men are forced to get married to woman cause of social abd family pressure and he will sleep around with other men. So eventually neither of the couple are happy.

The approach is very wrong hence the Indian community will not get any justice in SC. The petitioners & lawyers should be asking for Civil Union as the first step. If that is given then as the next step ask for marriage. Directly asking for marriage will never work & a very bad approach. America mein bhi Civil Union was first then marriage.
