Thats sucks because it dont take much for an angry and spiteful spouse to lie on documents just to get their case pushed ahead. Many spouse are told what to say to speed up possession of the home kids alimony and thanks to the BS destroyed life.

That's better than a vengeful ex spouse being able to buy guns while under a restraining order.

As a gun owner it's my experience that if you own a gun you should expose your children to the the sound and effect of your gun to your children to let them realize what a gun is all about and by personal experience this truly makes a difference in children not curious about a gun in the home and stay away from the gun ,it works 🤔😮🤯

Yet that same victim has to wait a week sometimes even longer in some states to get a gun to protect themselves. Criminals and Violent people don’t follow laws. We’ve seen that time and time and time and time again.

I understand this restriction makes sense, however, only temporarily, that being said bumpstocks who the frick cares, high cap mags, again who cares, people will break the law, a car or truck is just as dangerous, power tool and equipment just as dangerous, farm chemicals and posions just as dangerous, fertilizers just as dangerous, people in washington just as dangerous ATF, just as dangerous to dogs, and anyone who abides the law but owns guns, alcohol, or anything they think is the governments precious shiney that only they can has.

@@Bobby24069 There is a direct correlation to the availability of guns in the US and gun violence. Fewer guns in circulation, fewer gun deaths = lower burden on American society.

@@mr3745 But what are the positives of guns, being relativity available? It’s also the irony that we hold the majority of the guns and we don’t even ranked top 10 for gun “violence!” Edit: correction, “homicides” Which is still gun violence

@@mr3745 And yes, that’s how logic works, if there’s fewer items at a certain location, then theirs gonna be fewer deaths with that item, but it doesn’t stop violence! It’s also the fact that majority of our gun deaths are self inflicted.

@@Bobby24069 It would be similar to arguing for the positives of smoking cigarettes. But ultimately the social costs outweigh the benefits.
