Idk the stat requirements for sure, but you need to have mystic beyond at 1000% to get beast.

How to get fast power level?

Get the golden weight and go afk in one of the time chambers with an autoclicker. Also make sure to do the TOPs and get the 300k zeni wishes. That zeni can be used to buy power capsules which are the best way to get power level quickly.

Depends on how long you use that method. If you play every single day, it would take about a week from like 0 power level.

In the video I say how you need to get mystic to 100% mastery and get a certain power level to unlock mystic beyond. Then you get mystic beyond to 1000% which unlocks beast.
