I would add a level 3 magician, and make odd-eyes easier to get to so that if you get both harmonizing magician and odd-eyes, you can summon your level 3 off of harmonizing, go into Meteorburst dragon, which lets you summon a monster from your pendulum zone. Then use the odd-eyes and Meteorburst to go into absolute dragon, and link it off into Verte, which triggers its floating effect which can get you a Vortex dragon, then use Verte to send synchro fusion to the grave and summon Z-arc all in one turn.

I just tried using verte to fusion but it didn't let me even though I controlled all those cards with one in the grave. any idea why i couldn't fusion?

Never have I click faster for a video. Zarc is my favorite Yu-Gi-Oh anime villain, and Z-ARC is my favorite main/final villain boss monster. (Arrival Cyberse and Barian Hope come close, though.) Edit: why not 3 shrine? Also, does The First Darklord feel like a retrain of Z-ARC or is that just me?

I like this version. I have a 60 card z-arc build that has multiple engines. sky iris odd-eyes revolution dragon darkwyrm, duelist alliance pendulum call, and performapal pendulum sorcerer searching joker and celestial magician, I also use dragon shrine but I also run return of the dragon lords to protect my dragons. when supreme king's soul comes out i'm going to combine it with supreme rage.
