SUPREME STRANGE VS DR.FATE

Ok, since many dudes in the comment section is upset about the result, I can give my explanation. First of all, we have to understand that Dr Fate is not really a character but a job position. Many people has wielded the Helm of Nabu and some are stronger than others. So I'll take various feats from some of the most famous Dr Fate with enough power to compare with Supreme Strange. Let's start with Supreme Strange (I've watched enough What If so I understand him well) -From what he had learned in the library of Cagliostro, he trained himself and started to acquire spells that can exploit the power of the Dark Dimension. - He summoned many magical monsters from different dimension and absorbed their power. Pretty similar to how Elder Gods like Cthon and Set increase their power. - Using the power of the Dark Dimension, he turned the mirror dimension into a very powerful shield. As we can see when the universe is destroyed, the Mirror Dimension still survived - Supreme Strange's Eldritch Magic was increased great great greatly. He can cast the spell incredibly fast and can use it to protect his teammate and buff their weapons. This spell is strong enough to tank Infinity Ultron's attacks. - He "ate" Infinity Ultron's blast that can destroy multiple planets - He can travel through universes easily. Only Scarlet Witch after stealing America Chavez's abilities can do that but slower. - His absorb ability is far exceed the Ancient One. He can turns his enemy's attack into his attack and then return it aggressively. - And, we can say that he defeated Infinity Ultron. - He still has the Time Stone :D Now, Supreme Strange is op right? So how will Dr Fate perform? - Unlike Supreme Strange, Dr Fate has super strength, super speed, super durability which can be nearly equal to Shazam. He can also fly, has invulnerability, telekinesis, telepathic and levitation. He doesn't often cast spells. He also has intangibility, resurrection, necromancy, force field projection,... - As he has the body of the Lord of Order, he is immortal (he can't get older) - He has a vast knowledge and experience as the Helmet granted him the knowledge of Nabu. Nabu is about 10 billions years old. And inside the Helmet is a small universe. - He fought Spectre 3 times. 1 time Nabu (Dr Fate's master and power source) was killed as Spectre is Unbound Spectre (Unbound Spectre has limitless power. He can be as strong as The Presence want him to be), then he stalemated Spectre (still Unbound Spectre but Silver Age Dr Fate is overpowered asf), and the last time they fought, he had an edge over Spectre (amped Bound Spectre) but he decided to let Spectre kill him to be reborn in the new universe. - He stalemated Mordru the Lord of Chaos. Who's Mordru? Mordru is one of the strongest beings of the darkness, the strongest Lord of Chaos. Mordru killed Arion. Arion beat up Pre Retcon The Great Darkness. PR TGD may not be as strong as Post Retcon TGD (who's equal to The Presence) but he's still a biggie. - He actually sealed Mordru the 2nd time they met - He overpowered both Superman and Martian Manhunter at the same time effortlessly - Dr Fate with 100% Nabu power combined with other Lord of Order was capable of destroying the Sphere of Gods where 52 DC Universes are bubbles inside it. - 2 Dr Fates actually killed Nabu :D - He broke the 4th wall (funny rite ?) - He absorbed Phantom Stranger into the helmet (he took the helmet off lol and he's still in charge of his power). Phantom Stranger also stalemated Spectre once. - He defeated Skyfathers (who are Odin's level) mid diff, affected multiple universe. Conclusion: -Every Dr Fate (except Kent V Nelson) is capable of giving Supreme Strange an ass whooping. Supreme Strange can't absorb Dr Fate's attacks as it has some kind of physical force inside it. The Helm of Nabu's power surpass Supreme Strange by a margin as we can see that its performance and feats (Spectre > Infinity Ultron). Supreme Strange also lacks in superhuman strength, speed, reflexes, durability,... So Dr Fate takes this mid-close to high diff. Don't say I'm biased as I clearly showed both character's explanation.

But his potential is limited in the What If series (we didn't really see the power of each monsters that he absorbed). They should make a comic issue about Supreme Strange to debunk his power. He's an interesting character so he deserves his own story in comic.

Im a marvel fan at heart so im going full nerd dr strange In his own movie, he’s inexperienced which makes sense since he’s a rookie sorceror in training. Then he gains experience pretty quickly due to his eidetic memory & spending his days & nights studying spells & magic. Then, he was able to stop Dormammu by himself with the Time Stone. By the time we see him in Ragnarok, he’s able to work quickly with his magic, moving through rooms with ease as well as moving Thor through the rooms of the Sanctum with him. He was also able to make short work of Loki, who has been practicing magic for centuries.

Like there are several versions of Fate in the comics so you could literally choose from his greatest feats and he will ultimately win.
