Yes Joe, you are right about the cover for the MG. Clip it onto the back and there are two or three clips at the front too. The zip is so you can keep one half covered if you are on your own and it starts raining. We keep ours clipped on all the time and then tuck it behind the seats when driving (that’s what the space is for). We cover ours over when parked in case of rain or if a bird poos then it doesn’t make the seats dirty!

Dianne please be careful in that ice bath if you’re doing it on your own with no one about- even people with experience can easily faint and drown. I only say it as in Toms vlog she said she went in every day from the sauna to the ice bath which is also a bigger risk for fainting due to the change in body temperature so quickly so ice baths shouldn’t really be used without someone else around in case something goes wrong. Hope you don’t mind me commenting, just a bit concerned if she’s using it in that room by herself as anything can happen no matter how experienced you are.

You gotta come to denmark! We have a lot of old bunkers on the west coast especially in Blaavand where there is this old big bunker that is now turned into a museum and its so cool. And for Dianne we also have an old prison that’s been turned into a museum but a lot of the rooms haven’t been touched at all! It’s very cool🫶🏼
