Taking a little different approach on fps, 24 fps is actually more common for movies and films because it mimics the human experience of a slight blur with a turn of the head and it's called "cinematic". A higher frame rate always slows down or smooths out jerkiness, no question. More often though, it is used when filming the video, but brought to a lower frame rate for viewing via editing. As you get away from this 24 fps, it also gets less realistic (slightly) as the eye sees it. Sports casts are always done in 60 fps, but only because the slo-mo is much better, otherwise it would be in 30 fps. Honestly, the head movements side to side here are fairly abrupt. Movie study shows that comfort with "panning" speed can vary with the individual though. If the head "pan" speed is fast, you have two choices, Turn your head as slow as comfortable (except at intersections or traffic) or shoot at 60 fps but edit to a lower fps for viewing (which also creates smoothness). As I said, believe it or not, though it may be shot in a higher fps, you're watching your favorite movie in 24 fps.

If your brake feels squishy you could pump it with your hand for 30secs everything you go for a ride or bleed the brakes hope this helps. BTW when changing the wheels or what ever if you put the bike upside down for a while the brakes might get super squishy

I think it’s the brake pads “pucks” if you notice the milling around the brake pad area is just a shim bit larger and when initially applying brake they move causing that sound. It is unnerving but totally normal.

Your rear brake pads are probably miss aligned. If there hydraulic brakes all you gotta do is Un loosen the brake caliper and squeeze the brake than tighten the caliper. There’s tutorials on KZbin takes like 5 minutes if that
