Okay hear me out, RAPE IS HARAM, HARAM, HARAM. As per intercourse with concubines, it has to be MUTUAL and in a respectful manner. Moreover it comes with lots of terms like she has to be muslim, If she's already married u can't TOUCH her. If ur having intercourse with her, she gets right equivalent of ur wife and ur supposed to fullfil her the duties u do with ur wife That's why Prophet Muhammad has advised to get married to the slavegirl rather than being intimate this way and give her freedom.
