Sir Verse 11 Why at the end we say ashqa While there is no nasba or alif there pls help

Ya is like a chair for alif it is not in written because we read it only while we stop on ayah 11 but if we join 11 to 12 we will read qaaf with next ayah laam sakin (shaddah)
