Allah says us in the Quran that the people of hellfire will ask for another chance in the judgement day. So why not we ask Allah now to mercy upon us? Allah says, "Do not disappear from mercy pf Allah". and Allah says Allah will forgive Allah 's servant as long as he/she forgiveness.
