"Is it harder to create you, or the Heavens?" It is in this statement that we realize the amount of gratitude that we should have with Allah SWT. He didn't have to create us. Rather, it was out of His Mercy that He created us and allowed us to experience life. Imagine if we were never created -- if we never even existed. This single reality shows just how much Allah SWT loves us and has mercy upon us -- to a degree that we could never truly be grateful for. If He decided, we truly would have never existed. We would have never known what it was like to experience the gift of life. The gift of having a soul and a consciousness -- just to be someone. There would be no me, no you, no we -- no nothing. It is good that we let this sink in to our hearts and realize just how grateful we should be for all the blessings He has given us. Alhamdullilah rabbil alameen.
