Is it possible to by chance not have ads play on your videos… as they do cause a huge disruption while listening to Kalaam-Allah. Sometimes music is played in those ads more often than not… this is not something we should be mixing with the Qur’an. May Allah bless you for your answer. آمين as it is my understanding you’re able to control whether your videos get paused by ads in your personal settings of your KZbin account - please correct me if I’m wrong… I am under this impression because many other channels in which Islamic knowledge is spread their channels have opted by the owner to not allow ads to play. If you don’t allow ads to play you receive no money for your videos - please correct me if I’m wrong or it’s different for your videos. I’m just going by what others have explained in their videos. Ie: One Way to Paradise, Al Madrasatul Umariyyah, The Young Smirks Podcast, Karim Abu Zaid, and others etc… I’m assuming your receiving some sort of recurring profit for allowing the ads to play? I could definitely be mistaken - please do correct me if I’m wrong. Yes, KZbin Pro would be a means to stop ads on my side - but I’m understanding that it can also be done on your side without the viewers subscribing to KZbin Pro. Kindly see, if what I’m saying is possible and holds any sort of truth . In terms of your understanding, it is incorrect. I assure you I am not receiving any funds at all from the videos on this channel. I have not even opted into the KZbin Partner Program. The reason ads appear is because the content (recitation in this case) is copyrighted material that has been claimed by the copyright owner through KZbin’s Content ID system. Even though, I have not chosen to monetize the channel, the copyright owner has the right to place ads - refer to the following link for further explanation support.google.com/youtube/answer/2475463?hl=en-GB#:~:text=Ads%20may%20appear%20on%20your,in%20the%20KZbin%20Partner%20Programme You mention other channels which have prevented ads playing on their videos. I assume this is content they themselves have fully created and does not contain copyrighted material. Therefore, ads are not placed by default without their permission. I have tried to remove ads in the past with no success; I tried to dispute a copyright claim to the audio recitation, yet it was rejected. I hope this clarifies things for you.
