My grandmother passed away 4 years back , and she had cancer , we came to know it when she had only 1 month to live. We made her listen to this recitation everyday till her last breath. Im so fascinated by this surahs structure First he talks about earths creation from the sky and trees to man and jinn Then he talks about judgment day Followed by a brief description of hell To a very extensive and detailed description of heaven And to every thing he has mentioned in this sura he also has mentioned its opposite Allahu akbar There are so many layers to each surah

When in grief alone heartbroken when all seems lost listen attentively and while you are alive and breathing get yourself up and rise again wether it takes a month or year or years this time stronger than before and never feel isolated..this surah is a thanks to Allah for everything he has bestowed upon us and if you have nothing then he will bestow and mend everything he is Rab the almighty and you are his creation and he is your guardian and protector believe in him and trust unto him and you will have riches of both worlds...all we have to do is believe ...nothing is taken from you only to be replaced by something better Wether it be money house car wife husband children family Allah will provide harmony in the mind and soul. This surah is proof as any recitation from the Quran provides cure to a stricken heart. Allah bless all of us.
