Here is one of them - Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "None of you should say: 'O Allah, forgive me if You wish; O Allah, be merciful to me if You wish,' but he should always appeal to Allah with determination, for nobody can force Allah to do something against His Will." Reference : Sahih al-Bukhari 6339 Additionally, listen to what some of the salaf scholars say regarding this for a more detailed explanation as I don't have much knowledge. May Allah guide us.

This surah gives me so much peace. I humbly request you to pray for me, I am going through a very hard time right now. This is by far the most difficult year of my life so far. I understand many people have it much much worse but I am struggling so bad. Please make dua for me- please ask Allah to forgive me, resolve my problems and to answer my duas.
