I have a question after listening all this tafseer. It seems like Allah has given us this message to fight non Muslims and Mushrikeen. In this current era Mushrikeen are superpower, being practicing Muslim should we fight them? As tafseer of ayat shows primary importance of jihad.

AoA! As far as my knowledge is concerned, we are not allowed to wage an unprovoked war on just random non-Muslim powers. Try to understand the whole context of the situation. This chapter speaks of the war waged on Makkah that was the original homeland of the Muslims and from where they had to migrate to Madinah and leave their lands and property to the disbelievers. Also, the Kaaba was originally built by Ibrahim AS and the disbelievers had no right to put 360 idols in it. So, when Muhammad SAW was waging a war against Makkah, after 13 years of Tableegh and 8 years of defensive war from Madinah, he was justified in it. Today, we don't have the same reasons, and hence the justification, to wage a war against an ordinary or random non-Muslim country. Only if we are provoked or denied our rights, we can use power against them. But, then again, it is the decision of a Muslim state. Individuals cannot decide such matters on their own.

Yeah, definitely koran must be read with tafsir if going against the universal human rights. Almighty Allah has created the humanity and koran can never go against the Humanity. A few quote from koran can't justify the killing of any human at any time. It is also to be understood that Koran was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and Allah know better than anyone in this universe.
