The song is the solo version of title track of film Suraj Pey Dastak sung by Tahira Syed. The song was picturized on heroine of film Sehar Naz and Jalal Hyder, its video was also released on television.
The film was announced in 1996-97 when its music was released. Its music was superb including songs from legends, Mehdi Hassan, Noor Jehan, Ustad Raees Khan and Tahira Syed.
The title track of the film was inspired from the tune of OST of english movie topgun ;'Take my breadth away. Though not original still the lyrics from Qateel Shifai attracts the listener to listen to this song again and again.
