For √18 do prime factorization of 18 it will give you the factor of 2,3,3 take out the 3 out of the root as it's in pair and keep 2 inside the root I hope it helps

Look in igcse their are two leagues like a and b you class teacher will select in whoch league you are best in in a league you can get b or a easily but in b league you will get c if you will give your 100% the good students will most probably be in a league so in a league its paper 2 and paper 4 calculator is aloud in p4 but not in p2 And in b league its p1 and p2 in p1 u are not allowed to use calculator but in p2 you can im talking about igcse
