trying to learn this one for a sunday, if anyone can help me out in the comments, it'd be much appreciated.. the section starting at 3:33, I'm having such a hard time trying to decide either to drop the cymbal swells to keep the snare pattern going, or to drop the snare pattern to open it up with the cymbals... feels incomplete without having both of those elements there... we're a pretty small team and don't have the luxury of a second percussionist or tracks..

i think i would start with only cymbals and then later add the snare to build up the bridge even more. but try both versions when you rehearse with your worship team to see what supports the song the best.
