The Fact you have to run the Stickers through a Laminator sucks. Slows production time and ads cost. Are there not UV Inks that would not require the Decals to be laminated?

We have Mimaki UV - and sell decals without lamination

The durability is not as great without the lamination. Vutek, Durst and Mimaki have UV printers but non as good in quality a eco-solvent. Have been in the industry over 20 years and love it

Nice looking Printer! How about safety? The solvent gas produced through the printing process doesnt need to be carried out by any ventilation system?

Hello! No special ventilation is needed. Although some people may be more sensitive than others so that is something they may need to address depending on the operator.
