man I cant stop listening to this.. Bhairavi is supposed to be a vast rag.. The biggest .. with lots of twists. But if you listen to most of them they seem a bit a crying type.. but a real bhairavi which is the crown of the mehefil.. there are few I found this one and sajal nayan nit dhar barasti Wah thanks for bringing life to the lost meaning of Bhairavi

Quite unbelievable. This drut and that too, in Bhairavi!!! I really cannot trust my ears, what a great great composition! It proves that if you know how to sing, it doesn't require to trapeze with taans and put the gharana greats in their graves to roll in shame. But once again, my thousand pranaam to the maestro.

Think of the people who have listened to this in live... man I wish btw the final bit.. the background disciples stopped completely.. 13:00 weak effort by background......16:00 the real work begins... everyone is silent..17:25 back to sum....try that singing in your bath without restrictions.... no tabla.... you still wont incredible ... I wish I had a million to just give it out to those who are keeping this alive... the taal and sur has to be so perfect to interrupt the maestro ..its incredible ...

dara darat dagar chali jamuna... wow!! it went the whole way .. and came back.. its very difficult (I am trying it on tabla and harmonium its not that easy to keep track)

53 likes ... possibly no one realise it starts from 3rd matra :) my own little secrete :) nevertheless a true bhairavi.. think of all the mumbaikars who would be listening to such songs at 4 am live in the morning worried about catching the next local to start work at 10 am next morning.. man those guys lived a life!!
