The video gives some Sampo lore....as it shows a young Sampo morphing into the Sampo we know, but with a much more 'warrior' side to him....along with his connection to the Masked Fools. No that animation was not cannon like all rebirth video its meant to be a concept video, Carole never boarded a train with welt nor the train came from hi3 universe the Astral express already existed in star rail and SRHimeko is the one to fix it and find welt lost with void archives (for context read alien space manga and or play apho in hi3)
