@@SureshBadaMath Sir can u please make videos regarding legal framework for hospital management

Great video, very well explained, thank you. 2 questions Prof Math; any update on tele-medicine guidelines since 2020; and second; if a doctor is not in any government service (so no conflict of interest), and wants to start his personal tele-medicine service, he has to make some kind of system or website to reach remote patients/which is the aim of the guidelines; how can he do that without putting this on social media like whatsapp and reaching out to people. If he does not do that, he will not be able to reach unknown people; if he does that, it might be considered advertising; is it not catch-22 position? What is your advice in this regard?
@SureshBadaMath Жыл бұрын
Q 1) No update at present. The amendment proposed is waiting for approval from NMC Q 2) You have raised an important question and in this regard NMC has agreed to provide information to patients about the medical practitioner on their website. This is part of the ethics regulation amendment (waiting for approval). However, professional bodies (doctors, lawyers, engineers) across the world have prohibited their professionals to advertise either in real world or on virtual platforms

No new guidelines after 2020 It will be considered as advertising If the website is for educating public, you can defend but still it is a grey area

Sir very nice explanation. Sir can you tell me, My first question is do I need to get a doctor's license for tele-consultation? Or is there any such law? And my second question is that there are providers or companies that make video consultant or teleconsultant doctor appointments, such companies that make appointments with doctors, do they have any license or legal procedure for this ?? It would be great if you could let me know.

Please read this www.mohfw.gov.in/pdf/Telemedicine.pdf This guidelines are for doctors to follow during teleconsultation. For aggregators they need to follow IT Act , rules, regulations and guidelines
