If you soak your sausage casing in water it will be less likely to tear. I work in the meat department of a local grocery and we use the same casing and leave them soaking in water. We also rinse them off a few times to wash of the salt water but idk if that effects their use. I don't know your process though just thought I would mention it

1st of all, I love the more in depth parts of this, like showing the casing and putting the meat in the squizer thing, so you should do more of that. 2nd, It would be great if you reviewed the sausage grinding part in the music video of pink Floyd's "another brick in the wall"
