Who else is bummed winter is around the corner?I'm in Mass ,water temp is around 57 degrees currently so I have less time than you New Yorkers,New Jersey people.Only 4 months salt water fishing (I target striper)and I'm hooked,finally have some decent gear but now have to shelf it in a few weeks,house is a mess,car too...it'll all stay a mess for a few more weeks though!It's like heroine.

Question for anybody out there. How do you store your bigger lures that aren't in the surf bag. I have some planos but, they don't take the bigger lures &, the ones that do waste so much space. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Please don’t laugh me out of the comment section but what about a whopper plopper 130/190 in low light conditions for stripers? Maybe not in the surf but on the jetty’s?

those things seem to be designed for calm fresh water more than rough surf

SurfcastersJournal yes I use them for fresh water apps, and like I said not in the surf but maybe off the jetty on a clam day, Or out back in the marshes/rivers in low light conditions. It stands to reason in the right conditions it would drive striped bass crazy the same way it would a largemouth. I really enjoy your vids, thanks!
