Ask for a re-run I did that and immediately they pulled the manager over and made sure my wash was the $20. I felt so confident and the manager and I are like friends.

I will go back next time I’m in Reno and try the top wash and see what happens and if I get the same results I’ll be sure to talk to a manager

Be sure in general if you have questions ask a manager sometimes you never know what can happen. It's not what you know it's who you know.@@chadrodick1161
