Surface modeling is an alternative to Solid Body modeling. Essentially, it’s just another tab at the top of the SOLIDWORKS User Interface. Surface modeling is an important tool to have in your box because it not only makes modeling easier, it sometimes makes modeling possible. Hi Ravin, Thanks for your comment. There are better programs for surfacing, but Solidworks is not bad at all. Some surfacing programs very powerful but not user friendly and only good at that Specific task, yet Solidworks is very versatile.

Thanks but bro try to always use "partial preview" option when you are making fillets please! It will let you see what is happening for the edges by fillets before you click done, it will save you a lot of time and struggle for us as viewers :)

For such complex surfacing models I never saw a sketch, I think won't be ever there as well.

Good question: you need to copy internal surfaces and make it a solid then you can measure that volume. There is sensor option in feature tree. You can define volume, weight etc options. Best Regards.
