Surface Pro 3 Unboxing , Hands On , and First Impression Review

In this video I do my very first product unboxing as I show off the shiny new Surface Pro 3! I give my first impressions of the device and walk through some of the main features.

I just preordered the i5 128 GB surface pro 3. I really love the aspect ratio, especially for documents and PDFs. The tablet/laptop will hopefully last me for four years. I am selling my surface 2 now.

Lunniie Emogene It depends on what kind of programs you want to run. For most people (myself included) the Surface 3 (not pro) is everything you need! If you want to do anything computationally intensive or really need the bigger screen, then the Surface Pro 3 is better.

Good unboxing video. Anyway, just a pointer, you shouldnt put your camera stand on your table man. It makes the video shaky at times when you are playing with the Surface Pro 3. Other than that, this video is super informative. Thanks.

Surface Pro 3 is so expensive here in Ireland :( The i3 64gb model costs $1050 on the Microsoft Ireland store.

Which version did they give for free? The one 64, 128, or 216GB? with i3 or i5? I know it wasnt the i7 because Paynos had an interview and he said it.wasnt the one given to people, to which the reporter made that upset face, and I was like "bitch, you aint getting $1549 for free" Another thing I would love to see, is the type or touch covers of the 10in surface to be put on the Surface Pro 3 and I WANT TO SEE HOW.IT LOOKS WHEN YOU CLOSE IT! You forgot to mention your size comparison is not between Surface Pro 3 and Surface Pro 2, that's the Surface 2 (slimmer RT version).

he did say surface 2 and that's why he was excited. RT running on low power cpu so always smaller. this running FULL FAT cpu and same size. it does not compute. Hardest decision I'm having to make is what frigging colour keyboard to buy.

Yeah, Sean Ong has made better videos showcasing what a Surface can do. Not even Surface itself has made such good videos. In fact, Surface hasnt even been able to explain successfully to people the fact that RT cant run full desktop apps and some people still dont understand the difference between the Surface RT and the Surface Pro.

Hahaha I wouldnt compare the price to a house, but I would to a car. It costs a fortune but it depends on how much you value lightweight and portability. I personally would rather have a desktop at home and a Surface RT on the go because what I use most is Office and I get that for free on RT devices.

Do you realize that most computer that carry so much power (i7 for Pete's sake) and are a bit thicker. The Surface Pro 3 i7 version being that thin and powerful is something marvelous. Surface Pro 3 runs a full version of windows 8.1 and is not slow at all. The ipad air can barely run virtual FULL Desktop Operating Systems

Yeah i used my Surface pro 2, every day for about a year, drawing on it, and not a single scratch on the screen, but the paint job on the back got pretty banged up, especially around the corners and the charging port, Amazingly the kickstand still works perfectly, i was expecting it to break pretty fast.
