36:20 pretty bad explanation, you need to be more specific. You also just repeat definitions anyone can find online without good explanation. At least the video gives an outline for what topics to look up online.

I think he has done a quite good job here. If you continue to watch it, he do not just give definition, but also give the idea behind the definition. Morevoer, Some people thinks it is much easier to watch a video to learn rather than reading a text book. Having the same concept in different format can allow different people to learn it.
