There is definitely a shortage of information about solid geometry computations. It felt like some kind of secret knowledge nobody (almost nobody) talks about! I wish to make my own CAD geometry engine someday. ) Thumb up for the video!

Thanks, this is really great.

These videos describing brep data structures and algorithms are very interesting. I was wondering if there were any practical source code examples you could point to for surface intersection and boolean operations?

(a bit of an offtopic) There is also interesting topic - using SDF for CAD modelling. SDFs feels simple and intuitive, but when you start to dig in there are a lot of little pesky things when the correctness of function breaks. Would be interesting how to properly use them and if there any advantages over BREP.

Hi, great video. Is there a book that shows these techniques ?

There are several good books on CAD and Geometric Modeling out there. Mortenson has a nice one. You can also find similar topics in the journals "Computer Aided Design" and "Computer Aided Geometric Design" though the journals can get quite heavy.
