@@tajimafumihiko No experience with surface laptop...however, at least Surface pros, 3, 4, 5 are all garbage from my ownership experience. The experience stops me from trying later models ( the best product of microsoft is, in my experience, ms mouse. ) Unstable power problems, sudden battery power loss problems, high CPU consumption from no one knows what, sudden freezing... In a word, the surface pros were all unstable. I know from my PC building experience that the hardware normally does not got broken easily, and therefore, most malfunction problems are software problems. in the case of Surface pros, the situation worsens because the problems arise from hardware sources, too. Ludicrous is that almost all m$ suggested trouble shooting solutions are not to the point and DON'T WORK. Getting involved with m$ helpdesk is hence just waste of time. imo, the said machines are just toys for playing games or temporary use, instead of reliable devices for the professional. Also, m$ politically sucks. It is getting increasingly worse. It forces m$ account on users, persistently pushes users toward m$ favored set ups, toward commercial services and products. m$ is sickeningly intrusive, annoys me with repeated information dialogs, and distracts me from focusing on computing.
