1) Surfer was a beast as a healer. So many time out wins in war and arena. 2) he is trash…super trash

Ultimus kit is very situation dependent. If the opponents have no positive buffs then Ultimus skills don't work effectively 😮😮

True. But he'll be good when u use him in the right situation mostly (BK, Rogue etc)
