I mostly love you banter. I grew up on Karpov and Kasparov, and we could only buy books annotated by GMs to get a glimpse of what goes on in those weird minds. But with you talking us through your thought process, we get a glimpse of how to play at the top level and still keep all the chess principles at the finger tips. Amazing.

I can assure you neither Kasparov nor Karpov have thought processes like Hikaru. Those guys are thinking 7+ moves deep while in blitz it's 3+ moves deep, a big difference. Plus Naka is trying to entertain while he plays. Oranges and apples.

@@raylopez99 an avg 1800-2000 can calculate 3 moves deep in blitz. Which i can confirm myself. Hikaru is easily the top 2 best blitz player in the world he definitely has the capability to calculate 10 difference variations while being low on time. Anyone can calculate the best move given 1 hour in classical but doing it in less time is art
