The very first spot I believe is El Sunzal. Both El Tunco and El Sunzal are adjacent beaches. Other places I recommend checking out are Punta Mango and Playa Las Flores.

Punta Mango, El Sunsal, Punta roca and El Tunco are incredible beaches to surf :D if u want big waves there you should go even that all over the country are waves.
