Each power cube is +400 HP and +10% damage (addative) Levels are 10% extra stats each level So 10 cubes is equal to power 11 in damage, but can have both below or above Power 11 HP: If a brawler at power 1 has less than 4000 HP, they'll have more HP with 10 cubes than as a Power 11, where as if they have more than 4000 HP at power 1, they'll have less HP with 10 cubes than they would with Power 11 As for Surge: He starts with 3300 HP, so at Power 11 (0 cubes) he would have 6600 HP, with 10 Cubes (Power 1) he'll have 7300 HP, both of these do the same damage too.
