Nah probably not the engravings. I'm +25 96 weapon quality and a level 9 surge gem with 18LOS though.

easy to see that deathblade is still overpowered. Surge hitting equal to a spirit bomb of a soulfist on a 5m cd :)

like sorc, but surge gets nerf every balance patch, sorc not. Sorc hitting dmg equal to spirit bomb on 3 different skills in like 3 sec on 30 sec cd so... easy its not only surge.

@@HaasethYT sorc depends of a full party to do damagae, surge is stupid easy to play, hold there, there will be a lot more nerfing in the furture for surge

@@garbiello Think they're talking about Head Hunt, which is basically just used for pvp xd

Probably because Earth Cleaver is multi-hit and can be a surge stacker when the boss is on counter cooldown, Head Hunt is definitely a faster counter but it requires basically being on top of the boss' nose to be used. With a tripod you can make it a 360 so your directional facing doesn't matter (and imitate a Reaper counter by Dark Axel into Headhunt) but it still has very short range.

I prefer Earth cleaver tbh, more damage, stacks for surge, much longer range and you can easily hit moving bosses because you push while doing counter. Also multi hit counter. The only time people may use head hunt and not earth cleaver is in prokel but I personally just change the stun tripod and earth cleaver
