It depends on which specialist you are as a private surgeon like Neuro surgery, Orthopedic or cardiac or what. Anyhow many private surgeons who have great experience in their practices are earning well although you have to suffer in start but 50 lack and plus is possible per month in the long run.

MBBS DEGREE IS useless in Pakistan, no job for 25000 for Dr, also they are not selected for CSS PPSC FPSC etc.Even Dr having 19 medals has no job, ab bi waqat hay Allah say mafi mangh lo or MBBS na kro.Khudkashi islam main haram hay.If a fresh new Dr wants to join a clinic or hospital just to get expirianc no clinic or hospital accept them even without pay.
