It's not the nerves in the nose, it's the vessels/artery. If filler gets accidentally injected into a vessel then it can block the blood-flow and stop oxygen getting to the surrounding tissues. This is what causes necrosis and possible blindness. Using the enzyme Hyaluronidase to dissolve filler does not carry the same risks.

Well the alarming rates at which women feel the need to change their appearance in order to feel live-able and the rewards that come with looking conventionally attractive as a woman is def a discourse that needs to be addressed. But hating on women who participate in these pressures is def NOT the way to go about it. They’re gonna hate on us anyway regardless of if we’re transparent ab it or not

My mom got her nose surgery done 10 years ago in Turkey (also we are Turkish) by an ENT specialist like you mentioned and she's super happy with the result. She can both breath perfectly and has the best nose that is suitable for her face. There are many doctors like hers that people can find, it's not that hard but people do not care about that part of it tbh... Nowadays they only want their nose tip to be as up as possible... I'm not saying this tho, the doctor did 🤷🏽♀ Briefly what I'm trying to say is, there are many great and professional doctors in Turkey but foreigners (mostly) want to find the cheapest if it's about finding one in Turkey

I had a nose job last year in turkey and it was the best decision ever. Yes the price is cheaper then the states, but my main concern was going to a surgeon who had a lot of experience with my nose type (middle eastern) and in the states, that’s not the case and I’ve heard of too many botched noses in USA. Turkey has the best surgeons and they are actually more tech advanced then USA/uk. My surgeon used a new device that chiseled my nose. He did not break it. That is such a outdated method that every other country uses. I had NO bruising, barely swollen, barely in pain. I was actually out exploring turkey within two days of my nose job. Also my surgeon was an ent so my breathing is sooo much better. 10/10 recommend going to turkey as long as you do your research.

I know that there are many people who got surgeries and teeth done in Turkey and have very bad stories to tell, but it is about searching and finding a good plastic surgeon and dentist. Tourists tend to think that if they are coming to Turkey, the cheaper is better. But that is very false and puts a bad light on the very professional and good surgeons and dentists in Turkey. Many people come here after researching the best surgeons/dentists in Turkey to get their nose/teeth done and they leave very happy because they choose the right doctors.

I don’t comment often on videos but thing I will say is that your transparency is unmatched. You leave no room for assumption and lies to be told. & yes people will talk and say hurtful/disrespectful/uncalled for thing (it is what it is we don’t live in a utopia world), but then again what can they really say; you did what you did cause you can and you wanted to and unless they can logically state how it affects them directly their commentary is irrelevant (delivery of comment is key; you can respectfully state your thoughts on something without coming off as a menace, and the receiver may respectfully decline or accept the thoughts as they see fit) And with social media now being a platform of deception, secrecy, and make believe, it’s refreshing to see honesty and realness… And of course you don’t have to share what you don’t want to share; no one is obligated to know anything about you; but if you choose to withhold certain information about yourself it’s appreciated that you at least don’t lie. It’s either you don’t address it or lay the facts down as is; no greys, just black and white-take it or leave.

Hey Lailli, I just wanted to correct one thing you said. The buccal fat removal hallowing look is true only if you’re genetically predisposed to losing fat in the lower half of your face as you age. You can tell this by looking at your parents. If they still have fullness in the lower half of their face then buccal fat removal can be an option.
@Ad-hk4tq2 жыл бұрын
just because your parents have the genes doesn't mean you got them these things don't exactly go along mendelian inheritance laws. how your surgery is going to age should always be a consideration
@chrysalism7375 Жыл бұрын
not completely true, as anyone gets older fat everywhere starts to lose volume and the only fat that is guaranteed to not interfere with age is buccal fat. That’s why removing it is a bad idea. (edit: This is all to say removal can cause you to prematurely age or just age terribly)

While I appreciate the transparency, I cannot but mourn the obsession with one's external appearance and the associated unreasonable experimenting with procedures. We need to be more accepting of our natural looks and imperfections.
@khaledabegum56042 жыл бұрын
I agree. It’s her life and choice and the transparency is admirable but I had to stop watching the video after 2 minutes. Perhaps it’s my age, but I could not help and feel sad for her at how ‘perfect’ she looks and how unrealistic this is, there’s no imperfection and naturalness or uniqueness left. As long as she’s happy I suppose. This shows everything in life comes at a costs and even then you can’t escape the fact that age will eventually catch-up no matter how much surgeries are done which begs the question what exactly are we not accepting within ourselves that we must change our unique self externally so much. Anyway, no judgement - I hope she’s happy.

Though I wholeheartedly agree that surgery, fillers and any type of alterations we do to our body is potentially risky -- I cannot stress enough -- please stop naming Turkey as the devil of corrective surgeries. The reason why these procedures cost significantly less in Turkey (or other countries) is due to poor economy and living standard. There are plenty of amazing professionals in the world, stop acting like only western countries know what they're doing and judging by the cost. If you really really want a procedure done do a thorough research and then go for it.

I have a unique look…not unusual but one that makes me stand out from most of the crowd. So happy that I did not do something at an age that young people honestly have no clue about serious topics that require reasoning and maturity. If only now as an aging woman I can use some of that logic and maturity to accept my inevitable and undeniable “senior” stage that I am not ready for…..miss my tight smooth skin.

I agree about the filler I did it over three yrs ago I liked it however lasted 6mons, I’m just not going to do it that often. I actually noticed after getting the filler my nose tilts to the side a bit, I don’t think it was from fillers just happened to notice it right around then. I decided to go to an ENT and turns out I have a nose spur which is why my nose tilts a bit so I’m getting a nose job with an amazing Ent plastic surgeon who only specialises in face. Im so ready for it to be done but he doesn’t have an opening for surgery for 6 mons, which makes me feel better that he is a busy surgeon.don’t regret choosing veneers over bonding, I have bonding on two teeth and they stain so bad heavy coffee drinker here lol, whitening doesn’t whiten them they would have to be redone every 3-5 yrs to stay looking good.
