How can Virus get inside through eyes but not through the ears?? It can get inside through ears, if there is open area in the skin or somewhere deep down in canal or eardrum puncture. But in healthy ear, it is unlikely. Flu viruses enter the body usually through natural openings that are lined with mucous tissue, such as the mouth, nose and eyes. Like one gets conjunctivitis in the eye more often than viral ear infection.
