does not look a fine work! why was nose opened from front, why not simply cut mucosa and take out the cartilage? how long did patient take to be symptom free of pain? lots of concerns!

In such cases, open septoplasty has several advantages, including better visualization and access to the deviated structures, which allows for a more precise correction. In terms of recovery, the patient experienced 1-2 weeks of discomfort, which is typical for this type of procedure. The best results are observed around the 2-month mark.
