When it comes to probiotic/prebiotic foods, fish sauce is also a good choice too. Thai sauce is far better and safer, especially if it has a "T" (Thailand quality) logo on it. So I would suggest sticking with Thai fish sauce only (In my opinion, best one is either squid brand or Thai kitchen).

Yes fish sauce has probiotics! I use squid brand at home too :)

@@dandeye5448 I am no expert on fish sauce, that's why I said "in my opinion" prior to it. I do use both brands and should have said something like " best ones are squid and Thai kitchen brands" and again, it would be just an opinion, not expertise!
