I am a new surpac user and I am having a hard time understanding if surpac is able to import shapefile (contour) from arcmap containing coordinates. Is it possible? Also, how can I import csv excel containing coordinates? Thank you.

It's on the File tab if I'm not mistaken. Better to convert it to dxf if it is contour

hello Reign, try going through the Solid Modelling tutorial, that should get you started. for the stockpile, it is best that you have the original topo dtm , then the stockpile dtm, create a solid by intersecting the 2 dtms then get the volume of the solid, under the Solids Menu. hope you have fun. =)

if you have installed Surpac, the sample files are installed on the Tutorials folder, what the video showed is the creating databse in the Introduction Folder tutorial. For each tutorial folders, just look for the PDF file and work our way through it. Learning it is easy because you have all the necessary files to go through the tutorials, very comprehensive. Have fun =)
